This is a book really worth reading. Zahl is the former dean of Trinity Episcopal Seminary. He and another former dean of TES (John Rodgers) are Protestants, and neither would be ashamed to be called Calvinist. Alas, they are both retired now, and not many have risen up to replace them, either at Trinity or in the Anglican movement generally. Their's is a dying breed, almost extinct.
